How delivery will work
Approved listings must identify the Rust player through the actual Tebex delivery system. A login on this website alone does not identify a Rust player.
Timing and redemption
Each product must explain whether delivery is automatic or claimed, when it becomes available, its cooldown, claim limit, duration, and expiry. These details have not yet been supplied.
Failures and duplicates
The final delivery process must safely account for duplicate commands and failed delivery before sales begin. Players should use a private Discord ticket for purchase-specific help.
Map wipes
Physical in-game items do not survive map wipes. Reclaim behavior, if any, must be stated on the individual product.
