My Steam and Discord accounts are in good standing on SHADOW REALM.

I have a working microphone for interviews and escalations.

We never ask for your date of birth, real name, address, ID documents or health information. Read the rules

Saved drafts stay in this browser. Avoid saving private answers on a shared device. They are removed from this browser after a successful submission.

The path to staff

01Send your application with a confirmed Steam + Discord link.
02Staff can review your answers privately; only the owner can decide.
03Selected applicants may be invited to a Discord interview.
04A supervised trial may follow before a final decision.

Submitting grants no staff roles. Owner approval adds the selected Discord role and syncs it to your linked Rust account. There is no guarantee of selection or a response time.

Your privacy

Answers and verified account IDs are stored privately and sent to the owner email and staff-only Discord review channel. An owner notification includes those answers; if delivery is unavailable, it remains pending in the private queue.

Only trusted reviewers can read the review queue. We do not ask for a real name, date of birth, address, identity documents or health details. Keep unrelated sensitive details out of your answers.

No automatic deletion schedule is enabled yet. Contact the owner through a private Discord ticket for application privacy or deletion requests.
